Ignou Early Declaration Result December 2023
Indira Gandhi National Open University conducted term end examination twice in a year i.e in the month of June and December for the respective year. Recently, large no. of students appeared in June term end exams for the year 2023 and waiting for their result. Be remember that the distance university will declare June term end result in 2 parts. First one is Early Declaration of result and Second one is Term End Result.
Early Declaration of result is for those students who have filled early declaration application form before the start of term end examination and early result will be declared within 10-15 days after the last date of term end examination. So, we can expect early declaration result December 2023 up to 20th January 2024. Students who have applied for it can easily check early declaration result on their official website www.ignou.ac.in.
Ignou Early Declaration of Result Fee, Procedure, Application Form : The application form for early declaration of result for December 2023 cycle is available online on their official website. If any student don’t want to download online, it can be take or cut from the Student Handbook & Prospectus 2023-24.
Students have to follow simple steps to apply for Ignou Early Declaration Result for the cycle December 2023. The Application Form consists following columns : Candidate Name, Programme Name, Enrollment No., Reason for early declaration of result ( Need to enclose a copy of the documentary evidence specifying the reason for early declaration), Courses(s) detail for early evaluation (S. No, Course Code and Date of Examination), Exam. Centre details from where you have to appear/appeared at Term-end Examination etc.

Who can Apply for Early Declaration Result December 2023?
As per new examination reforms, the university provides the great opportunity to its students to apply for the early declaration of their result due to Job Entrance examination or need admission in higher studies etc. The Request for early declaration of result will be entertained for final semester/year or maximum of 4 backlog courses only. Be remember that the application without enclosing documentary evidence specifying the reason for early declaration will not be entertained.
The application fee can be paid via offline method only. The fee for early declaration of result is Rs. 500/- per course, which has to be paid through demand draft which is drawn in favour of ‘IGNOU’ & payable at the City of Evaluation Centre.
The Application form must reach at the following address before the date of the examination for the course (s) for which early evaluation is sought : Registrar (SR&ED), Indira Gandhi National Open University, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068. The students belonging to SAARC Countries need to pay Rs. 1200/-. The application fee for Non-SAARC Countries Students is $50.
